What is Liver Cancer?

Liver cancer or hepatic cancer is a disease in which cells in the liver grow in an unmanageable way. Cirrhosis is the major reason of this disease where alcohol and hepatitis (B & C) do the damage.

Liver metastases are a different form of cancer where the disease originates in other parts of the body and reaches to the liver. The majority of live cancers start from the liver itself, or from the liver’s structure.

This disease also starts from the bile duct and blood vessels. This form of cancer is ranked the 6th most frequent in the world with a high mortality rate.
